Shipping & Handling:
Our goal is to ship in-stock items within 2 business days of receipt of your order. If we anticipate a delay, we will notify you immediately. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible of an approximate ship date, allowing you to backorder or cancel the item.
We DO NOT process credit cards until we are ready to ship. HOWEVER, if you pay via Paypal, PayPal processes transactions immediately. We do not have control over when PayPal processes payments.
AFTER ORIGINAL ORDER HAS SHIPPED, ALL BACKORDERED ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED VIA STANDARD SHIPPING.
We use UPS and USPS for shipping. Shipping options are designed to ensure that your product arrives when you need it to arrive. To ensure your package arrives as quickly as possible please include both street and post office box addresses, if applicable.
USPS Priority Mail shipping amounts are calculated automatically at the time
the order is completed. Express (overnight) shipping is available for an additional fee---see order form for details. Please note that Express Mail orders placed on Fridays will NOT arrive overnight (most likely will be delivered the following Monday) and orders placed on holiday weekends will experience a delay due to post office shut downs. We also offer UPS Ground shipping. If you wish to have expedited delivery via UPS, please call Mariah at 1-800-478-4855 or e-mail her at hullsoffrankfort@gmail.com for a shipping quote.
AT THIS TIME, WE SHIP ONLY TO THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA. CANADIAN SHIPMENTS HAVE HIGHER SHIPPING RATES. WE WILL ADJUST SHIPPING ACCORDINGLY. SHIPMENTS UNDER 4 LBS. MAY BE SHIPPED FIRST CLASS MAIL INTERNATIONAL. SHIPMENT OVER 4 LBS. MUST BE SHIPPED VIA PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL. PLEASE DO NOT PAY VIA PAYPAL IF YOUR ORDER IS BEING SHIPPED TO CANADA, AS WE WILL NEED TO ADJUST SHIPPING. SHOULD YOU PAY FOR A CANADIAN ORDER VIA PAYPAL, WE WILL SEND YOU A REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL PAYMENT FOR SHIPPING. THANK YOU.
Beginning February 10, 2013 we will assess a $5.00 handling fee on all International (Canadian) shipments.
